May Day pics
I thought it best I blog fairly soon, in order to push down that awful picture of my Badger Mask... which is upsetting for some.
Today when the rain stopped and the sun came out I went out with my camera to take some pictures by the lake. It was nice. I did well. I am pleased.

I love the ducks, they look very charming. I am not so sure about the heron. I think he might have an evil plan!
Oh, I think the heron is totally beautiful. We have a heron's nest nearby, and I am waiting for the eggs to hatch. We saw blue herons and tiger herons in Costa Rica a few years ago. They were stunning. Thank you for the lovely pics, badger x

That pic of the duck coming out of the water is amazing - you should definitely go back on a brighter sunnier day when you can get away with even faster shutter speed and get the droplets even more crisp - because this picture is phenomenal and it wasn't a picture taking kind of an evening!
Well done badger! You seem to have a knack for timing that must be something natural. The duck would have been long gone before I knew to press the button!
